Founded by Stephanie Rallis-Daw (President and CEO of Rallis-Daw Consulting), Stan Schroeder (President of C6 Systems), and Jack Hamilton (CEO of C6 Systems) in early 2025, the MedTech South Orange County Network was created with a simple yet powerful vision: to build a collaborative space where MedTech leaders can connect, share, collaborate, and grow—together. Recognizing a need for a local network that goes beyond typical industry events and transactional “relationships”, our founders brought together their deep experience and passion for bringing innovative and disruptive devices to the market to create a community where every member brings something valuable to the table. We’re thrilled to share the success of the first-ever MedTech South Orange County Networking event—a dynamic evening filled with connection, collaboration, and shared vision! What started as an idea among three colleagues—Stephanie Rallis-Daw, Stan Schroeder, and Jack Hamilton—has officially come to life. Our inaugural gathering brought together an exceptional group of MedTech leaders, innovators, and visionaries from across Southern California for a night of meaningful conversations and new connections.The energy in the room made one thing clear: there's a real need for a local, invite-only community where MedTech Leaders can support, challenge, and inspire one another.
